Plain words on what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep that message and your address.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the channel read you asked for, replying to a question, or setting up a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to any list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to 12 months, in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details. We do not rent them or trade them. Only the people working on your request see them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The fonts on the site load from a font service, which sees a standard web request when the page opens.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to estelle.gardner@consultingmeetings.co or use the contact form, and say what you would like us to do. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
